SidescanTools is being developed as part of the GhostNetBusters project, which focuses on detecting small objects in sonar data. This is a collaborative effort with sonoware GmbH (Kiel) and the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, funded by the AI fund of the State of Schleswig-Holstein.
